I was in the upstairs, in the bedroom to the right of the stairway, no doors to either room left and right.  No one else was in the house, and no one was due to come home at that time of the morning.  The front door to the house was down the stairs through a short hallway which was to the right.

 

     Suddenly I heard the "locked" front door  start rattling like someone was trying to forcibly open it.  I knew the door was locked, yet I heard it open and my heart began racing!  My instinct took over and I thought, "Get up"!  I became aware I COULD NOT MOVE!  I couldn't even raise my eyelids as I heard the FRONT DOOR OPEN.  "WHY CAN'T I MOVE!"
